From human-native
to agent-native.
Transition aims to help companies bring AI into their day-to-day work. We plan to build tools to analyze data using natural language, prepare codebases for AI agents, and assist teams with on-call work.
We are in the research stage. The product is not yet available.
Data analysis.
Software development.
On-call operations.
Adopting AI takes more
than access to a model.
Companies often build internal tools to make AI useful in their work. Those tools become another system their engineers have to maintain.
We have encountered this ourselves: querying data in natural language, giving coding agents the right instructions, and working with sensitive information. We want to build these tools for other teams, so they can spend more time on their own products.
“What changed in our data?”Analysis in plain language
“Which architecture decisions apply?”Guidance in the repository
“What caused this incident?”Support for on-call teams
Use the tools you need.
Choose your own models.
What we plan to build.
We are planning a set of tools that teams can use independently. The platform is intended to be open source, work across AI models, and run on your infrastructure.
Three areas we are working toward
Natural-language analysis
Ask questions about your data in plain language and use the results to make informed decisions.
Agent-ready codebases
Help coding agents follow the architecture decisions, specifications, and shared instructions in your repository.
On-call AI agents
Agents that assist on-call teams with incident investigation, using information from their systems.
Shared company context
Some tasks need information from conversations, documents, and project records across the company. We plan to support that through shared context. Other tasks, such as working with architecture decision records in a repository, can use the relevant sources directly.

How is your team
using AI?
We are speaking with teams that use AI for data analysis, software development, or on-call work. We would like to hear what you have tried, what you have built internally, and where you still need better tools.
